I had dealings with Moe as well and I'm glad I chose not to go ahead and purchase a vehicle from him. I also sent an email to the manager but never heard back. I guess you lead by example.
I was told by Moe that he had checked the car and all was 100% OK. Plus he offered a 3 month warranty and advised thus no inspection was needed. The car turned out to need extensive repairs and new tires which looked fine but were cracked from age. The first week smoke and a burning smell was coming out from under the hood. Zero help from Moe and the warranty covered none of my problems. Do not buy unless you get an independent inspection. My mistake to have trusted his word and the warranty.
