Called today to ask about pricing (labor rate) for evaporator coil replacement that is still under warranty. Mind you this company installed the HVAC unit and air handler in my place in Boca for thousands in 2019.i was told they would not provide the info. I asked “why” and was told it’s “the policy.” I asked to have the manager reconsider and he came back with the same feedback. Palm Beach Air put in my new AC unit and they did a great job! I got 3 quotes and they were the only company that didn't send a sales person but a technician to go over the entire house to see what we needed. I did spend more with them but I've never been this comfortable in my home. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new system that is going to work great.
