They sold me a brand new home and it's full of black mold! This is the WORST company! Do not buy from them
Pretty cool. Only cons is my drain field shouldn't kill my backyard lifestyle. Got 3 whole other sides it could've went. Back sliding doors are way too low (flood). The Bahia grass was the killer. Most expensive seeds if you can find them. Replacement sod is hard to find. Guessing when it was my turn for lawn thats all they could get so thats what i got. Home is great so far. Got a feeling im going to have issues with the septic though already had to dig it up. Yet the house seems pretty solid. 85% happy about the purchase.
