I have lived in several apartments in the Melbourne area and I will say, Mode at Melbourne has been the best move in experience I’ve had. From day 1, Ben and the manager were SO kind, helpful, and communicative to my fiancé and I. When we got our unit, we had some issues and concerns with various things and Ben was so understanding and helpful. Understand that any positive reviews are not coming from actual residents, the manager sits in the office all day and and does virtually nothing so she’s likely creating fake emails and fake Google accounts to beef up the reviews. Since new management took over, it has been like living in public housing. My downstairs neighbors, who I’m not even sure how they passed a background check, are dealing drugs out of their front door and the parking lot. The smell of marijuana permeates the property, DAILY. My fiancé and I recently applied to this property. We were lucky enough to have gotten the apartment we wanted Ben has been extremely helpful from the very beginning and has always reached out to check on us and is always communicating with us to make sure that we are comfortable with the moving process we loved the apartment from the minute we saw it. We can't wait to move next month. We're looking forward to calling Mode at Melbourne home.Thanks !!
