Just want to give a shout out to Mode of Melbourne! Four and a half years later. Our apartment is gorgeous and spacious with large closets and great storage options. Though some neighbors come and go, we have also made friendships with those who have been here with us since day one. Of course no where is perfect and change is not always easy. We’ve lived here for almost 3 years. I would have given it 5 stars our first year living here but since they got bought out by a new company, it’s been terrible. There is 1 good person that works in the office and the maintenance guys are nice. There are much better apartments in Melbourne. Don’t waste your money. We’re getting out as soon as our lease is up. 2/14/25 Update: they turned off our water in the middle of the day and did not inform anyone.
