Nice place to live away from the city, great community pool and about 5 mins away from the closest grocery store(Publix). Only rate 3 star since it was challenging and painful moving out process. Gave a notice that I was vacating 30 days prior and they give you the check list of what they check for in the apartment or they'll charge you for the cleaning services they did. They require you to do a professional carpet cleaning prior to vacating, but will also except proof that you did it on your own using a professional carpet... read more
This place is beautiful! Kind of loud being right next to the highway. There’s also a lot of people renting out their apartments as Airbnb’s. The maintenance team does an outstanding job cleaning up the property!
We have lived here for almost 3 years and we LOVE it! I highly recommended it! The staff is super friendly (shoutout to Deja & Nick) The manger (Christine) is the BEST! Our dog Blue enjoys the dog park every single day! So much to do here and such a quiet friendly neighborhood
