The manager made me get rid of my dog for barking one time at a maintenance worker I never got a warning she just told me that if I didn’t get rid of him I had to go my dog is like my son I had him sense birth it was like telling me to get rid of one of my kids she didn’t care now there are all kinds of dogs barking at people I tell the officer people and they do nothing about it I even seen a dog bark at the officer lady n manger n they did nothing about it she said her ear phones where in and she didn’t hear it it’s B.S. h... read more
Been here going on 6 months getting anything repaired is an inconvenience to manager. Pay on time or in advance makes no difference getting anything repaired. Like the community but manager makes it hard to want to stay here
Don't EVER rent from Palm Aire Apartments...my sink has been backing up and clogged for 2 days, and it now smells like raw sewage in my kitchen. The maintenance man told me yesterday that he would be down to fix it early this morning...and still hasn't shown up. After not sleeping since 3pm yesterday (due to them trying to fix it) and working a 12 hour shift last night, I am completely exhausted from waiting for these people.
