I don’t typically leave reviews unless I’m genuinely impressed, but after several projects with Palm Air I can confidently provide a positive one. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Brennan does a phenomenal job communicating throughout the process, and their installer Travis is outstanding—skilled, courteous, and meticulous. When our furnace failed on one of the coldest days of the year on a weekend, Palm Air had a new unit installed within days.

Extraordinary service, transparent bid and kindness. When the first AC repair group quoted my mom $30k for a repair (full replacement), I knew we needed another quote. Brennan and his team were referred by a neighbor who knows the industry. The day after I reached out they came and gave a quote for mom. Significantly less expensive. Will use this group again

We recently had our hot water tank replaced with a new tankless system by Palm Air Group Inc., and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
