I’ve been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Brennan does a phenomenal job communicating throughout the process, and their installer Travis is outstanding—skilled, courteous, and meticulous. When our furnace failed on one of the coldest days of the year on a weekend, Palm Air had a new unit installed within days.
