Hired Palm Aire (now Snyder) for my AC maintenance years ago. Never had any issues until the recent change to Snyder. They replaced unit for me in July of 2024 and just did the semi annual maintenance on July 24, 2025. Last night I was awoken by my daughter whose closet is flooded. I found the condensate for the 2 units that were just serviced, completely clogged and my daughter’s room flooded because the technician left the float switch in the vertical position (see picture). We have been customers of Palm Air for many years. Their technicians have always been on time, courteous, competent in what they are doing and personable. We have also dealt with their customer service and scheduling staff members. They are also a pleasure to.work with. Everyone does an excellence job of communicating. Lastly, the company stands by their warranties. We would recommend them to our friends.
