I visited the Quick Lane Service at Pallotta Ford. It was really nice. They got me right in WITH NO APPOINTMENT! No calling ahead. My friend at work told me to go there after telling her I needed an oil change. She has been going there for years. So, I decided to give them a try. Really it was the idea of No appointment that made me go! When driving there I was a little worried that I would have a long wait. I got in and out on my lunch break! Plus the waiting area was real nice. Tv's, Wifi, Nice chairs. 5 Stars all the way!
