Got with Vinny about getting into buying a condo recently, although the deal fell short in the long run due to seller banking, Vinny not only got back to my emails super fast, he ALWAYS answered my calls even after normal business hours, and he even kept me in the loop long after our deal as to potential comps in the area. Wont do business anywhere else. Vinny Pallone won my business 100 times over.

Vinny and Joan were such assets to my husband and I buying a new construction home in Erie. Having never been home owners, we didn't know what we didn't know, and having an expert on our side was crucial to us. Vinny sat along side us as we signed our contract and completed our demo walk-through and final verification walk-through to confirm everything was completed as expected. We are so thankful for Vinny and Joan's expertise. They are great at what they do!!

My Fiancé and I had the great pleasure of getting to work with Vinny as he assisted us to become first time home buyers! The process of buying a home seemed daunting however with Vinny he helped us find the perfect home and fought for us to make sure that when we said we wanted it that it was our offer that was accepted. Out of every realtor I've ever worked with, Mr. Pallone stood head and shoulders above everyone else when it came to knowledge, negotiations, and keeping us up to date with the entire process . A friend/neighbor recommended Joan... My wife, daughters and I all enjoyed Joan. She outgoing (to say the least!) and has extensive knowledge and relationships across the front-range. Joan was able to listen to what both my wife and I valued in a home and was able to find homes that met both our needs (no easy task!). Joan is a great communicator, always on time, and didn't seem to mind the off hour meetings and phone calls. We will use Joan again and highly recommend her.

She sold our home in one day!!!! Extremely professional and was so determined to get our home sold quickly and for a great price!! She has a great reputation among other realtors and really knows what she is doing and helps throughout the whole process.
