Could not be happier with the customer service or results delivered by Pallidan! We hired them to restore our original tub to its former glory and boy did they deliver!!!! Spoke with Rich via phone several times and Aaron came out to complete the job. He was polite, efficient, up-front and honest. They mitigate fumes during the process (which was a concern of mine having a young child and being pregnant) and leave ZERO mess for you to clean up after. We have a farm sink from the 1930 that was in need of some serious help. Aaron came out and looked at the it and bought it back to life. Aaron couldn't haven't have been more helpful with how to continue keeping this classic looking good for along time. Didn't see any way to post before and after pictures.
Couldn't be happier, made my rental tub look close to brand new, to be fair which was very rough shape. Exceeded my expectations so far. I'll update if there's issues. However if there is I'm confident they will make it right as they offer a 8 year pro-rated warranty that clearly states what it covers and doesn't cover.
They did a great job converting my yellow cast iron tub to a shining white. Looks brand new. Would definitely recommend. Much better than buying a new lower-quality tub.
I just had my tub cast iron tub reglazed and it is beautiful. Aaron is professional and so good at what he does. Thanks Pallidan!
