This program is not very helpful, at all. I asked for a social worker, to help with my mother's care. I was given Liffy. I asked her to help me with paperwork for SSTA. She straight out refused, she said her caseload was too much for her to handle and told me to Google it. I mentioned this to palliative care and they could care a less that their social worker refused to help a patient. My mother has lgl leukemia, Liffy's a social worker for palliative care, she was always trying to convince me to put my mother in hospice car... read more
