Try the bison tri-tip - a root beer sauce with stone fruit. It is flavorful and offers the zip & kick without cloying sweetness. The Epic stout chocolate cake is light & fluffy with a hint of malt.
The deconstructed cheesecake with grand marnier berry salad is delicious!
Excellent ravioli. If you get the romaine salad, note that there are anchovies on it but it's not in the description on the menu.
The elk is the best dish roght now. Hands down. Be sure to eat it with the risotto in the same bite.
