This doctor was absolutely terrible. We took my son in for a follow-up visit after he was hit by a tennis ball. Since our insurance only covers injury-related visits (not routine checkups), I made it very clear when scheduling the appointment that this was specifically a follow-up for his injury, not a regular checkup. Yet a month later, we received a $400 bill because the visit was coded as a routine exam.
