I have been a patient at the Austell clinic for close to 5 years. But, I totally trust them with my pain treatment. My husband's as well. We're both in our 70's and he has Parkinson's Disease, and sometimes, that makes treatment more difficult. But, when there have been any issues, they have taken the time to listen, to pursue every option and answer our questions. I've been to other practices. It's just not the same. It's not cut and dry. My visit was good. My first expression of Dr Gupta was she was very attentive and informative. Her and her nurse made me feel real comfortable.
I love the friendly spirit that all the staff haves with me i enjoy making them laugh so they day can with joy. Doctor G is a very great doctor and are very into how i am with every procedure that she does on me and I love that. She also have her staff to check on me after every procedure and that means a lot to me. Thanks so much for the service that all the stuff does .
she did a through assessment and was very knowledgeable her and the staff from the moment i received a referral all the way up until i came in for my appointment and staff is still calling checking on me. They really care about their patients
