Worst customer service anywhere ! Called today to get a quote as they advertise that they do over the phone.. I am traveling and not in that area.. ...Was told that I had to provide dec pages, mitigation reports and four point inspection reports just to get a quote. I explained that I did not have the decpage readily available however I do have the wind mit and four point , so to quote it new and not worry about comparing to what I currently have.. They refused to do it and practically hung up the phone...
