If you knew how they treat their employees, you would run for the hills. Safety is NOT their top priority. They lie & they scheme. Totally screwed their window cleaners during Covid by deeming them "essential workers" and had them work every other day in a desolate NYC and only paid them for the days worked. That decision disqualified the window cleaners from any assistance (unemployment or Covid relief) essentially cutting their pay in half, all while Palladium collected PPP in the millions. I worked there you constantly been harassed by other Co-workers.they used to gather in groups all friends.to bullied you and put everyone against you including all foremans. always making false complaints about whoever they're picking on.you explain to management and management don't do anything to Fixed the issue the have a bunch of OT they only give Overtime to the workers they like most.wich is very unfair and when finally they decided to offer you OT is because no ones else want to do the jobs and Never pay you all the H... read more
