My mom lives here she is 67...and since she moved in there have been several things... She had a mouse in her new apartment. At one point someone in management didn't pay for trash pickup and they smelled old trash for weeks. These people never answer the phone ! I mean I tried calling in the morning and also trying to be courteous to give them a little time so I’ve tried calling in the afternoon.
This review is not only necessary but mandatory for future tenants. Firstly, prior to putting in my application I toured the complex and it was very appealing, however, the application process is beyond difficult. I was given 4+ “projected move-in dates”. I went to check on a one bedroom. I was told they needed my acceptance letter from ssi,I got the letter and took it to them.Next they needed my back statement from Nov.to jan.I got them from the back and brought them. They called me and told me they needed my bank account number.I told them I didn't want to give them my bank account number. Iwas told they couldn't go ahead with my application without my bank.
