Haygood and Evette made the experience of getting a new apartment so stress free. They was able to explain and guide me through the application process and got my information submitted. I was able to move in same week .awesome job !!!!!
Mr. Haywood was awesome I love how he welcomed and took me on a tour answered all my questions with no hesitation. I can't wait to be a resident. Mrs Yvette and Jerry were do welcoming that's a place I would love to live at
First night in the apartment found this drain pipe not cut correctly and have a terrible roach problem. Two weeks later and neither issues has been solved put in multiple maintenance tickets with no help provided. Sucks cause I'm stuck here for a year and don't even want to sleep here anymore. Don't waste your time or money here.
I lived at Palladium Redbird for two years and, based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. I moved out three months ago and decided to delay writing this review until I received my deposit refund. However, my refund has still not been processed, and despite multiple calls and emails to both the office and corporate, I have yet to receive any update. Been here about a year. When I first moved in they were good about pest control. Not anymore. Every time someone moves in or out the bugs get worse. Neighbors have noticed as well. Doesn't matter how clean you are. They like the moisture. Takes weeks to get a service request answered and then they'll come into your unit while you're not there and leave no note or acknowledgement that they entered or did anything.
