Went in to talk business as I work for a construction cleaning company, looking to expand our business, and the front desk manager was an absolute peach to talk with! Definitely a friendly face and such a positive attitude!
Great property management company.
I have a problem with Wilderness Village. The bank blocked a payment by mistake. The bank called and tried to reason with the manager. The bank was trying to get the problem resolved. The banker wanted to know if there's a per day charge. The manager noticed the fees weren't added. Instead of helping she added the per day charge to the other fees. When I asked why are you doing this? She chuckled and asked, what do you mean, why? This was the most cold hearted interaction with another business professional, I've ever had.
