Front desk is rude as they're allowed to be. Called me to tell me THEY messed up my virtual appointment. Got mad when i requested a regular call (seems like that was more than they can handle) then hung up on me after i got mad because SHE KEPT TALKING OVER ME. Oh yeah and im BLOCKED now because i kept calling back to get my stuff right HOPING a decent person would pick up the phone. Understandably so; there wasnt a decent person in the building today.
This is my second time of doing test for immigration and the service is very good and unique
Came for immigration and helped a lot
