Care for the patients here is exceptional and they want make sure that the patients understands what is going on with their health.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. The people answering the phone are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. What should have been a simple appointment turned into a frustrating and costly situation. They charge patients for unnecessary blood tests even for very basic vaccinations that you can easily get at Walgreens without all this hassle. Front desk is rude as they're allowed to be. Called me to tell me THEY messed up my virtual appointment. Got mad when i requested a regular call (seems like that was more than they can handle) then hung up on me after i got mad because SHE KEPT TALKING OVER ME. Oh yeah and im BLOCKED now because i kept calling back to get my stuff right HOPING a decent person would pick up the phone. Understandably so; there wasnt a decent person in the building today.
This is my second time of doing test for immigration and the service is very good and unique
