It’s a scam, no response, 79 complaints at BBB Stay away and pass on the message
Although we didn't go with the apartment shown to us. Brandon Bressan worked really hard to get us the place we were looking out. He was punctual, engaging and his knowledge in the space was fantastic. He was also very kind to my son to make sure while we were looking at properties he made sure everyone was having the proper experience.
They turn off the heat in 40 degree weather for 12 or 24 hours at a time. Many tenants complain and they are gaslighted with a stupid tricked out thermometer. Yet they do not understand that the problem is the heaters are completely off for hours and now days at a time in mid winter.
This group recruits absolute crooks. We were rushed during an apartment showing that was listed as NO FEE on StreetEasy only to receive no follow up from the unprofessional agent that was also sick (Gross! Stay home!) and demanded 3 month broker fee. Do not false advertise!! Do not interact with these damaged individuals who condone illegal activity.
