I have never been more disappointed in an apartment before. When I moved in I was assured despite being rent controlled that there was a cap on Section 8 people allowed. I can assure you they’ve thrown all caution to the wind and are over that cap. In about 12 months I had to call the police over a domestic violence incident twice.
