I've lived here for a while now about 3 years and honestly I see a decline, for the amount of money someone pays I shouldn't have to worry do I have someone sitting outside my stairs, blocking the stairs, smoking. Theres' trash everywhere, it used to be clean and well kept and I now come home to trash on the staircase and cigarrete packaging even though its a smoke free location. Wanted to shoutout the maintenance crew. Margarito and his crew are always attentive and extremely helpful. Regardless of the severity of the request they will always respond in a timely manner and will generally respond and resolve issue within 24 hours.

I’ve been living at the Presley apartment in Henderson, Nevada for five years every year when my lease is up, I’ve been looking places to move to, but nothing compared to the Presley I love living at the Presley apartment and I’m always wind up renewing my release Presley‘s apartment got the state of Nevada on lockdown y’all need to check them out. Lived at The Presley for a year and a half now and its a beautiful great community. Yasmine and her front office staff are amazing they always hold a high standard for providing a loving living community for tenants. I would recommend anyone to come live here.
