I would absolutely NOT recommend living at Palladio Apartments. My experience here has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The management has been rude, unhelpful, and dismissive whenever concerns were brought up, which made living here even more frustrating. The conditions of the building were unacceptable. There were awful smells constantly throughout the hallways and even inside my unit, making it uncomfortable to live there. My names still on an amazon locker there a whole year after move out. Now, some poor resident hasnt been able to get their package for over a month because I've been getting the message. If you dont mind staff that really doesnt care about you, you dont mind fire alarms going off every month, you dont mind no parking, and you dont mind the occasional roach, its about the same price as places without those, but you do you boo
I was planning to live in these apartment complex for a long time, it was my number one candidate. But after reading reviews how there are so many problems with cockroaches, homeless people, problems with delivery, unnecessary fees charge I decided I won’t even step a foot to a place like that. My friend lived there. As he said “I’d rather live in the car instead of a place full of shitty stuff and cockroaches”.

Where do I start. First off the cockroach problem is disgusting. The hallways smell like hot garbage. The walls and floors are poorly designed and thin that is great because the neighbors are up all night pounding and partying. I have not slept more then two hours at a time in almost a year. There is not security here so homeless people are always on the property. There is zero peace here I understand that downtown is loud but it’s not the street noise it’s the property itself.
