I am not a resident of Palladio, however I regularly get packages delivered here due to having a similar address. As a property manager myself, I have to give kudos to the onsite team for their kind and prompt assistance. I called the office to see if any arrangements could be made to retrieve my packages, and Riley (I believe that is her name!) was incredibly attentive, and made arrangements for me to get my package that was needed. I wanted to provide a current update as a new tenant. The hallways on the first floor of building C always smell like cigarette smoke and weed. Also, when you do a walk-through the very nice office lady will tell you that the peloton equipment in the gym is going to be updated soon. This is not true. Based on a secondary conversation I had the subscriptions have been expired prior to her employment. I have submitted many requests to have them fix this so they can be used as designed and they get closed with no resolution. So... read more

Evelyn was an outstanding leasing agent to work with. She showed me multiple units, took the time to thoroughly explain the leasing process and pricing, and was always helpful every time I called with questions.
