I have a lot of experience to speak about the quality of these apartments. First, I moved into apartment building C on the first floor. This was not a newly-renovated apartment - 1 bed 1 bath. It was terrible. The 'pantry' was taken up by the washer/ dryer. No closet space. On top of that, I regularly had cockroaches in my apartment even though I kept it clean. Think of the worst place in the world and that would be better than Palladio apartments. The management is so bad and rude to the residents. They never did any problems for you and make it more bad for you. Should have trusted the comments here. PLEASE, any new resident who’s trying to move-in, JUST GO AWAY. Don’t be fooled and have 12 months of living hell. Your work orders won’t be done, you won’t have any support from the management and your mental peace would be gone.

I lived at Palladio for two years and overall had a good experience. What originally drew me in was the landscaping and the dog park — it’s a genuinely nice space if you have a dog, and I ended up having some great interactions with other dog owners in the community over time. Location is a big win here. It’s close to Pioneer Park, City Creek Mall, and plenty of food and bar options, so if walkability and being near downtown activity matters to you, this is a great spot. Trust me, you do not want to live here. The cockroach situation is horrid, I was picking up at least five dead cockroaches EVERY DAY. The gym is abysmal. The closets are practically nonexistent, you are literally living out of your suitcase. There have been five water pipeline issues in the past year alone. The corridors are disgusting and filthy. I’m writing this review because I was very worried about moving in after reading some of the previous reviews. However, the new management that started, the last 2 ish months have been exceptional. Nate and Anna have been the most understanding, professional, and effective team I’ve experienced in my search so far. I’m so glad I decided to take the chance and move forward. They’ve made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. I absolutely love my new home, and I highly recommend this community! The location is amazing!
