Absolutely amazing!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Scheduled a tour a week in advance, showed up, and was blessed with 30 full minutes of peaceful solitude. Not a single greeting, interruption, or attempt to sell me on the place. Truly the VIP experience I didn’t know I needed. The staff’s ability to completely ignore me was honestly impressive. The new management is the worst thing that could have happened to this apartment complex. They don’t support the residents, and their attitude is arrogant, disrespectful, and discriminatory. The floors are neglected, trash sits for weeks without being picked up, and old furniture is left in the hallways. The leasing office is completely unhelpful and acts like residents are a burden. Terrible management, terrible service, and absolutely no respect for the people who live here.

I've lived at Palladio Apartments for over ten years, so obviously I've been happy here. A new property management firm has recently taken the property, and they are doing a lot to improve the property. They just upgraded all the lighting in the north parking lot so it's very bright at night, they replaced the tennis court net, they seem to be putting time into maintaining the cleanliness of the hot tub and pool, they replaced the underground parking garage gate in Building C, they have brought back drive through security at... read more

Terrible experience, terrible management. AC went out, and they did everything they could to delay replacement, even after HVAC assessment. They can care less that we are struggling due to 90+ heat in the apartment. This is a continued issue still ongoing reaching 3+weeks
