I've been living here for about 8 months. First of all, the location and proximity to downtown is great and cannot be understated, which I think is what makes the cost worth it. Maintenance is friendly and usually gets around to my requests in a reasonable amount of time. The dude even swatted a wasp nest off my balcony. I lived here for one year between 2023 and 2024. It was the worst year of my life. All that I can suggest is do not live here. The building I lived in was infested with cockroaches. I found them what felt like weekly. There was a sprinkler head that broke outside my front door and flooded the hallway and my apartment. Then because of the damage the fire alarm would not stop going off. It would go off at random hours of the day and night.
