It’s really disappointing to see how customers are being managed here. We’ve been waiting for almost an hour, and still no one has welcomed us or even guided us on what to do next. I’ve seen several staff members walking around, but no one has come over to help. It’s honestly frustrating. Buying a car has always been a dream, and I never expected the experience to start like this.
