I can't say enough about how great my last experience was with this dealership. I walked into Palladino Subaru showroom on the fence about buying a newer crosstreck. I walked into the showroom with no appointment, and it was busy, so the floor sales team were busy with other clients, as I was browsing around, one of the mangers from another department, Mike Rattan, saw me looking around from his office and stopped what he was doing to come give me a hand. Terrible Experience, booked an appointment online, got a confirmation email with a reservation number, a follow up call two weeks prior. booked time off to get my vehicle there on time. Arrive at the dealer and they realize they have no record of my appointment at all and do not have the parts to perform the work i requested. Then, had to audacity to ask if I wanted to book something for next week?
I bought my first Car from here. Nathanael helped me a lot getting a good deal. I got a car with the best deal. James helped me with financing. I got all the features that i wanted and everything was smooth from test drive to delivery. Thanks.
Palladino Subaru needs a reality check and they need some CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!!! I’m trying to test drive a vehicle and I get a call from a guy at the dealership 15 mins before my appointment and he says ‘are you interested to buy this vehicle’ I go ‘well yes but I’m only looking to test drive today as I’m not ready to purchase, just want to see if I’m interested in the vehicle’ … ‘okay let me put you on hold’ 5 mins later, ‘sorry we won’t be able to let you test drive as it’s too much risk for the car to be out on t... read more
