Poor provider relations, poor patient care. An embarrassment to healthcare.
This company does not pay its bills! I will probably need to stop accepting patients who have their claims processed by them. This includes NYC police and teachers. They should be embarrassed for not reimbursing us doctors for our services rendered. These are difficult times and we rely on having our bills paid in order to support our families!
Horrible company to deal with. Horrible payments for providers. Super bad customer service.
