Great condo
I lived at the Palladian for a year - found it to be excellent! Valerie the general manager was always friendly and very helpful. As were the staff. I plan on moving back either as a renter or will purchase on of the condos.
normally I hate to be that guy since I don't live here myself, but their attitude seems to be "if you have to ask the price of rent, you can't afford it," which is a great way to turn off people who probably can, but don't want to deal with management who enforce that sort of attitude.
The staff was very rude and disrespectful to me!
