Even with an upgrade to a spa room, our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I can’t recommend this hotel or its staff to anyone for personal or business travel. Josh, the receptionist, was particularly unpleasant and rude, making our stay uncomfortable. The room itself was in a state of disrepair. Several pieces of furniture were torn or excessively chipped, and there were stains on the sheets and pillows. The bed was also stiff and uncomfortable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palladian Hotel with my travel clients, booking a total of 26 rooms. The accommodations were notably spacious compared to other hotels in Seattle within the same price range. I found the decor to be vibrant and edgy, adding a unique charm to the atmosphere.
