Palladia did not address any of the NUMEROUS complaints we had about our neighbors, apartment quality, or community. We rented a townhome and were very pleased upon move in. We quickly found that EVERYTHING in the home was EXTREMELY cheap. No matter how careful you are to keep it clean, you are set up for failure. We only lived in our townhome for 10 months because we were so unhappy. With regular wear, we are now left with a $2,200 move out bill. This place is terrible.
