I came in to ask a few questions and Daemon made sure to answer any question or concern I had he was very passionate about what I had to say I appreciated the effort he made it felt like he cared. Will definitely keep palisades in mind when my lease is up .
Roach infested. First apartment here was bed bug infested. Had to get rid off all of my brand new furniture. Moved units hoping that would fix the problem, now infested with German roaches. Have tried bombing and treatments and it’s no help. A nightmare.
Nice place to live, no bugs, you It is keept clean.
I have lived here for 10 years. Was very impressed with the property the first time I visited. I have had only two problems like water bill being too high and Irresponsible dog owners. I feel safe and repairs are acted on quickly. They have made some upgrade to the building. Been very happy.
