I personally know the people that own and operate this local business. These people are caring, passionate, and focus on educating our youth and improving our community. I would give negative stars if possible. My then-five-year-old son was so traumatized by his experience at Snodgrass King that he still has extreme anxiety even when the word "dentist" is spoken. It has been a difficult process getting him to trust another dentist. He had a couple of cavities taken care of at Snodgrass-King. He was sedated, but he remembers screaming in pain. Our family had a very disappointing visit to S-K's Hermitage location. The staff were rude and seemed to be in a hurry to leave for lunch. I wondered why they scheduled us for a 12 o'clock appointment, because most offices are closed for lunch. They had an attitude from the beginning. First there was an issue because we wanted to monitor our older children's exams.
