Great company, great people. I had an immediate need for a furnace and, before I knew about Palisades Heating & Air Conditioning, I made several calls to other companies. NONE returned my calls. Fortunately found these great folks, got immediate service. Could not be more impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My heater stopped working and they were over that day to fix it. They ended up having to replace the exhaust fan which took two days to get part in but as soon as part was in they were back that afternoon to install. My heater did end up breaking down again after that which was frustrating but the technician was up there first thing the next morning to replace the pressure sensor. Not ideal but they were responsive and available.
