Adriana was very helpful but not other staff,miscommunication not friendly, better go in Nanuet branchwho are totally different attitude and friendly.I did call on help line and the agent ANNA was very helpful and friendly, I highly appreciate her concern with my issues and gave me the right information.
I’m a current member my main branch is the Nanuet location but I was in the New City area today and I had to deposit some cash at the New city location and the experience was amazing Very clean the branch looks very nice definitely will come here again if I’m in the area Highly recommend 5 stars
Customer service leaves a lot more to be desired. The rep who called me back for the auto loan was rude and impolite.
The absolute most seamless banking process ever. Ellen Brooks you are incredible. I'm so, so glad I stood a member for over a decade. PFCU knows how to make a process innovative and seamless. Did my business while leading a busy work schedule and traveling. I never had to say, this is urgent, but they treated it as such. Thank you!
