Their reps have no urgency to close HELOCs. Will not provide updates, you have to email them constantly. A HELOC is a sale for them and they should be following up with their clients & much as needed possible to close their sale against other competitors. I WANTED to go with them but due to time constraints and their slow pace, I wasn't able to.
Azma was and is amazing to work with. So dedicated and knowledgeable to assist me in navigating banking.

Had a recent HELOC application and closing with Ellen Brooks. She made the process very easy with clear communication and quick response to all of our questions. Highly recommend Palisade credit union as well as the New City Branch.
Adriana was very helpful but not other staff,miscommunication not friendly, better go in Nanuet branchwho are totally different attitude and friendly.I did call on help line and the agent ANNA was very helpful and friendly, I highly appreciate her concern with my issues and gave me the right information.
