Southwood Realty has treated my family very poorly and inhumane. We have an infestation of mold in our apartment. (23202) we paid a third party company to do an air quality test and the reports show that their is 3 different kinds of mold in the apartment and the apartment is deemed uninhabitable. The company wanted to wipe and paint over the mold and have us stay there. WE LOST EVERYTHING! WE HAD TO THROW ALL OF OUR THINGS AWAY!
