Apartments keeps flooding from it raining outside and management isn’t doing anything to prevent the flooding from happening over and over again
Been living here for a while now, the rooms are nice, the maintenance guys are good and the leasing office has gotten much better. The current property manager actually takes care of the property. The place would benefit from running credit checks on the tenants but oh well.
The maintenance personnel who visited my apartment was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about his job. When he was finished working, he cleaned up. I appreciate you Sir Terry.
