This place is by far the best in Belmont, when I inquired about my apartment Mallory was professional and friendly. The office is clean and tidy all the time, the tour went very well and they are extremely knowledgeable. Maintenance waived to us on the tour and they were very friendly. When I first moved here, this place was actually great. The staff was friendly, the property was clean, and it genuinely felt like a good community. Fast forward 3 years, and it has completely fallen apart thanks to management and the revolving door of employees who clearly could care less about residents. The current management team dismisses every concern the second you bring it up, especially if it happened before they started working there.
