Brandy was incredibly helpful in showing me a spacious one-bedroom apartment at an affordable price. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend working with her if you're looking for a great place!
Lived here over a year, only left because I needed to relocate to a different city. Very quiet, updated, beautiful apartments. Maintenance and management are always easy to contact, very fast to respond, and are all so friendly. I will miss living here!

The staff at Palisades at Belmont is wonderful! They are such hardworking people who strive to make their residents feel safe, seen, and cared for. This team is unlike any other, they truly go above and beyond to ensure every experience is a positive one!
As far as a place to live, it is a beautiful community. As far as a place to work, not so much. I loved the residents I got to meet and build relationships with, but working for southwood was the worst experience. I was absolutely blindsided, and mistreated. I was extremely insulted by the way I was treated as far as my knowledge and experience in the real estate industry and I hope anyone who ever gets employed by southwood watches their back. Do not trust anyone!
