Don't recommend living here if your not a bird person maintenance doesn't keep up with the outside of apartments unless you complain birds everywhere trying to building nest and pooping everywhere in front of your front door maintenance does nothing about it you guys need to be checking the outside of apartments around the summer time to prevent that from happening!
Huge shoutout to Katie, she has been sooo helpful during the application and move in process. She has been very responsive to my many many questions and has went above and beyond guiding us.
This place is by far the best in Belmont, when I inquired about my apartment Mallory was professional and friendly. The office is clean and tidy all the time, the tour went very well and they are extremely knowledgeable. Maintenance waived to us on the tour and they were very friendly. You can tell they care about this property and put a lot of work into it to maintain a welcoming environment.
