I have had a great experience at the Palisades so far. It is definitely pricey, but the price has been well worth it so far. The biggest positive for me has been the other tenants. It's a mix of mostly professionals and older residents, and everyone is very considerate and respectful of neighborhoods and the property (nobody is blasting music or being loud late at night). I’d like to recognize Jeff Kennedy and Amber Richards for delivering truly world-class costumer service on Monday, April 13th. After I accidentally dropped my keys down the trash chute, I immediately went to the concierge desk and spoke with Amber about my situation. She promptly contacted Jeff, who was at home, and professionally consulted with him on how to troubleshoot the issue.
