I lived at the Palisades for almost three years and I loved it. The reasons why the Palisades is great: The amenities are awesome the staff is so nice work orders get filled same day or next day I almost never heard my neighbors the proximity to 295 is incredibly convenient the apartment came with black out curtains in the bedroom my dog loved it here since the front desk has treats I always felt safe The only reason I moved out is because I had to move for work. I went for a babyshower this was the perfect venue for a small gathering, party, event .. small, like 50 ppl parking is limited. But it's nice and clean plus thr is a functional kitchen
I Love love love living at the palisades. I was gonna relocate for work with a promotion, but I didn’t take the job because I love where I live so much. Jay. Amber André and the entire team there are truly the epitome of what a community should be. I just renewed my lease for 15 additional months 🫶
