I just want to say that Jay is AMAZING!!! I recently moved here from out of state, and it was a little scary. But Jay made everything so much easier. She is the most professional and kind person. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable and really gave me peace of mind. I LOVE my apartment. It’s very clean, nice and quiet. I had a wonderful visit at the palisades last Wednesday. The place is beautiful and Jay, the leasing agent , was very helpful .
Kevin was absolutely amazing. He was extremely respectful, answered any questions I had, and was able to get me a unit expeditiously. The service I received was second to none of any other leasing office I've been to.
Just got set up with the highest-quality apartment in the area in what seems like record time. This location is perfect, the staff are phenomenal (shout out to Keven for answering all my questions), and the other residents are friendly and peaceful. Hoping to stay here as long as I can!
Apartments are very nice. Love the windows.
