This review is being given as I just started my 5th year living in The Palisades. I just LOVE living here. Besides the beautiful location, my living space and amenities, what makes my experience here worthwhile is the absolutely excellent services consistently provided by the entire Palisades Care Team including Managers, Leasing and Front Desk professionals and Maintenance Team. I , Pierre and my wife were so pleased with the Front Desk. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kevin, one of the Managers, very professional, courteous and friendly, showed us different floor plans and we were so amazed with the view and the sound proof. Very quite The Palisades apartments are very well designed. We definitely have made our decision to lease by Nov 26 or before
I have had a great experience at the Palisades so far. It is definitely pricey, but the price has been well worth it so far. The biggest positive for me has been the other tenants. It's a mix of mostly professionals and older residents, and everyone is very considerate and respectful of neighborhoods and the property (nobody is blasting music or being loud late at night). I have not had to deal with loud noise, unruly behavior, theft, or other disturbances that I've had to deal with in other apartment communities in this are... read more
Great customer service, great work experience. Alfonso is very knowledgeable of his job description and always leave us very satisfied. He is also very respectful, patient and a good listener.
