Lived here a yr and a half Kevin is great wonderful guy apartments are beautiful inside and out all the managers very kind always helpful love Palisades if i could give 100 stars i would hurricane helene hit trisha main mgr making sure residents had water physically out there distributing not to mention great neigbors we have trisha thank you so much for your hard work has not gone unnoticed
I made an appointment to see a one-bedroom apartment. I drove there only to be told once I got there that they have no one bedrooms. I made an appointment for the next day for another apartment complex and they had the courtesy to call me to ask me what I was looking for and if I had any needs so that they could be prepared for me. The Palisades didn't have the courtesy to do the same thing to keep me from wasting my time. How unprofessional!!
I have lived at Palisades of Asheville for 6 years. They have treated me very respectful and have fixed any issues in my apartment very prompt.It's quiet and safe. They have kept my rental payments very fair over the years. The only issue I've had are birds 🐦 haha. but they took care of that. Thank you Kevin and Jennifer!
