This was my first time visiting this salon, and I can honestly say I will never be coming back. The woman who did my gel pedicure was extremely rushed and did not perform a proper pedicure. She didn’t clean my cuticles, remove the dead skin around my toes, or properly exfoliate my feet. Instead, she briefly used soap and water without actually scrubbing or cleaning them. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The staff was unprofessional and the entire place felt disorganized from the moment I walked in. My appointment didn’t start on time, and there was no clear system for managing customers. The quality of the work was even worse. Place is gross you catch roaches and waterbugs in random places crawling around you look at the ceiling there broken with moisture intrusion very unsanitary
I’ve been going here for 6 months and I never had a Problem until this lady did my nails today. Horrible job. When I tried to tell the owner about it he dismissed everything and tried to tell me she can fix it after I told her a million times to fix THENAILS that she was doing it wrong.
