My family loves Palio's!! We have a great experience every time we're there (which is like once a week)! The Grace's pizza is the best! The staff is super sweet!
Pizza was great, my son loved the Alfredo!! Appetizer was good but, was small for five people. The best part was the chocolate chip cookie dessert!! Will be back.
Slow, slow , slow service without being crowded. Very pricy for what you got. Special was for carry out only. Won't return

the food was ok the manger was nice and it was a nice place
We called in an order and when we got there they couldnt find it.... they gave our pizza to someone else and didn't even apologize for it. Made us wait for another one that was the wrong size!!!! We love this place in grapevine but in Amarillo the employees and manager need to work on their customer service. I will NEVER eat here in Amarillo again.

My daughter, grandson and I had lunch here yesterday. The gluten free pizza is the best! The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to return to Amarillo and have more Hawaiian sunrise pizza!

If you have not been to Palio's --- you need to go today! We ate there last night for the 1st time and it was fantastic! Great food, fun atmosphere, outstanding customer service ... THANK YOU AUSTIN! The Cade & Blake (w/ pesto) Pizza was top-notch & the sun-dried cranberries on the Hawaiian Sunrise added another level to the taste buds. Definitely returning soon to try more of their pizza creations.
My family and I just left there. We waited at our table for 15 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement. Two members of their waitstaff walked past us on several occasions, looked at us, and nothing. A guy came in, sat down, and was immediately served water and had his order taken. We have never gotten up and walked away but we did tonight. It was ridiculous.
