Placed an (8) pizza order online and it was canceled via email 30 minutes before it was to arrive with no follow up call to let me know. Which the email went to my spam so I didnt even see it until after I called. The reason was that they couldn't meet my delivery time. i asked what time they could meet it and was followed up with we just cant make the order at all. Terrible service. Won't be using them again for our office orders. What a shame. I have enjoyed other Palio's locations.
Good pizza. Clean and friendly. I have been a dozen times always good.
Coworker and I ordered online. Went to pickup order and there was a sign on the door saying they had closed early today 2/22/18. There were still employees in the store but when we called no answer. Took our money though but didn't give us anything for it.
