RecommendedFirst time went to polio’s,super good customer service
poor service and waited over an hour for a pizza! Friends don’t come to this one bad twice! Shame on me for a third time

I really like this place. Great pizza and spaghetti with meat sauce. Very pleasant staff and service.
My order was wrong and when I called I was told that they would replace it next time that I ordered. Well I called to get my replacement order and the manager told me that it was 50% off because that was what his wife said which according to him she is the GM. She is the one that told me that they would replace the order. Also the kid (male) that answered the phone was rude/childish. When told the manager about it he told "oh you would know" and hung up on me.
By hiring employees/management that don't lie and that are not rude.
We’ve come to Palio’s many times. We decided to come again. No crowd, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. Great pizza, huge salads.
Was our first time for my fiance and me everything was good until the busboy was eating something by the we're they make the pizzas and the he going to run food but the pizza was great
We are frequent diners at Palio's and have ordered to-go many times. We called in a simple order tonight, a large pepperoni pizza. Ready in 15 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes after placing order, paid and was told it was coming out of the oven and would be ready in a couple of minutes, please have a seat and she'd call me. In the TWENTY minutes that I waited, three other people come in, picked up their orders, and a walk in ordered at the counter and left with her pizza. I went back up to the counter to check.
