Such a cute boutique hotel! The rooms were cozy. Right across the street from Pike Place. I gave it four stars because 1- the lobby is strongly scented and I couldn’t enjoy the beautiful lobby for too long without getting a headache. 2- the shower head with direct water and not angled. My partner is 6’7 and did not fit under it. This is pretty normal but with it being a rain showerhead there was no way to angle it differently so it was a crunched shower. We made do! Rooms look nice, cool location, but the walls are very thin. It would be wise to bring ear plugs and noise machine. Also, make sure the windows are locked to keep the city noise muffled.

I wanted to update this review since I left it two weeks ago. Having contacted the manager Harry - I received a thoughtful and comprehensive response addressing all my issues. I hope there are more staff like Harry brought on board who understand hospitality. In the meantime ......I can only assume the majority of staff working here are interns. Our room did not have working air conditioning - the temp was permanently on hot. We learned from cleaners (in the hall) that we were able to obtain a fan from reception. When I say ... read more

We flew into Seattle the day before a cruise. We took the train from the airport and this hotel was easy to walk to from the train, about 4 blocks. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the location was 1 block to the Pike Place Market. We took an Uber to the cruise ship the next day and the front desk manager was very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed.

Location is perfect but unfortunately that is the only positive I can think of for this hotel. Upon check in the staff member checking us in seemed moody and like it was an inconvenience we were there. The lobby smelt like urine and once we got to our room the smell changed from piss to a stale musky scent. Rooms seemed tidy but unclean and the hairdryer was incredibly dirty and it appeared to have mold on it. Thankfully it was only a two night stay.
