polarizing reviews and rightfully so. the pros very friendly staff, location, clean well maintained, patio with a nice view, hotel has some characteristics the cons the room itself is tiny with not the best of amenities cause its an old hotel. there is no table if you wanna work on your laptop. the elevator becomes tedious to use if you stay for more than a day. the doors didn’t close behind me( again old) and i had to double check every time. the ac stopped at the middle of the night and i woke up sweating (again am assumin... read more
Es un hotel en el centro de San Diego, es viejo, pero su concepto me gustó mucho, las habitaciones están bellas y la cama la amé, súper cómoda. Cuentan con un restaurante donde la comida es riquísima y tienen bebidas muy ricas también.
The hotel is very nice and full of character, with small but very pleasant rooms that are well appointed and a comfortable bed. We stayed for the one night have returned to the US after midnight from a vacation. Parking close to the hotel was very expensive so suggest using the valet as much better deal. Nice French bistro on property again full of character. The hotel elevators are interesting and not easy to negotiate when if you have large cases. All in all a very enjoyable stay!
The aesthetic of the hotel is wonderful and the history of the building is rich, along with having quite an impressive French restaurant. My only issue is the walls were a touch thin and 1 of the 2 elevators were down.
Beautiful building, small but nice rooms. Hotel is dog friendly! You will get toy, snack and poop bags. Interior design is gorgeous. Housekeeping was super nice. Overall pleasant stay. Location is good, but loud due to so many bars/clubs. Definitely park in Park it on Market!
