The staff was great. Everyone was polite and helpful. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean. It also felt safe. Valet was easy to work with. There are plenty of other paid parking options nearby too. There were a lot of limitations, including availability of the rooftop. I went during my birthday in December and there was no indication that there wouldn’t be service on the rooftop until we checked in. It wasn’t listed on the website during the trip either. Enjoyed our quick stay! We loved the hotel's aesthetic and appreciated that they kept the history of the building intact! Rooms were small, but cozy and clean. The rooftop deck is absolutely amazing and a must during your stay! Would recommend/stay again the next time we're in the the downtown area.

Cute location BUT the rooms have barely enough space to stand up in. Additionally, there is one working elevator that takes about 10 minutes to arrive on your floor so if you stay here be ready to walk down 10 flights of stairs with you luggage

Trash. Employees took customer service skills from a brick. Mold in AC vents, bathroom sink inside bedrooms. Rooms smaller than advertised
