I have stayed at multiple playhouses and palihotels, up and down California and this was by far the worst experience at a palihotel. I always book through the website as I am a member and dedicated to staying at palihotels. We arrived and we were told we didn’t have parking even though I booked through the website and it said valet was paid during this time. The manager on the shift let me know it would be handled and covered because we did book through the website and not a third party and there was probably just a mistake.... read more
Well I for one loved having a room with no windows. Ya boy slept like a rock which was a huge plus after coming off 30hrs of travel. The rooms are small & there’s noise from the road on Floor 2 but white noise got the job done. I had a problem with shower not turning off but maintenance came up right away. They were super friendly & went above & beyond to not just get it turned off but fixed right away. Overall great stay. Would recommend.
