They have excellent patient/customer service. I needed something not in stock. The pharmacy ordered my medication, I got it the next day.
Awesome people! The ladies working were so friendly and nice. Not to mention I wasn't a resident and I'm on state insurance and the gal told me my insurance wouldn't cover it… but luckily what I needed could be sold over the counter so she did that and even made sure I knew how to take it. They didn't make me feel weird for being on a state insurance. They will take care of you here. Thank you ladies!
The customer service at Pali Momi outpatient pharmacy is outstanding. Have yet to have a bad experience and don't expect to. The pharmacist and staff are always so helpful and accommodating, you won't find this elsewhere.
Picked up my prescriptions. One of them was short 5 pills so they said they would call me when it came in. I never received a phone call. Two weeks later, I called them to see if the medication came in. The pharmacist told me they can’t do partial refills. I got no apology for their mistake. I’m taking my business to CVS.
