Fantastic experience. I had to go in for a not-so-emergency emergency. I was seen within 5 minutes of entering, I'm sure that's not always the case, but they were quick to treat me even though my issue wasn't a gnarly emergency. They all had great attitudes. I can't believe they work so efficiently given I interacted with about 6-7 different people from admittance, from nurses and vitals, to Drs, the billing legal gal, and the final nurse. This must be where all of the garbage healthcare providers go to work. If you want to make terrible use of your time in seeking a healthcare solution, stop here first! Bonus points if you get stuck with the PA-C working night shift. You will get lied to about your care plan and then your providers will disappear so you can either writhe in pain until they return and provide you with more of their incompetence. Their valet person is normally on point, but not this particular night. She was rude and dismissive assuming I could hear what she’s trying to tell me and shuts me down immediately when I try to reason out. Zero customer skills.
