My review is for Pali Kai from a property owner perspective. My wife and I purchased property in Maui back in 2019, and have been using Pali Kai since the beginning. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with, arguably going above-and-beyond in managing our property. Between screening tenants to help ensure quality tenants, dealing with broken appliances, coordinating needed improvements, you name it, they do it. We lived in a downstairs ohana in a Wailuku Heights house managed by Pali Kai Rentals. Initially under owner's management x4 years with no problems, after a change of ownership, Pali Kai became involved. While we had been satisfied with the place, our experience changed towards the end. The situation with the new tenants upstairs was difficult to deal with. The tenants above us worked night shift and had access to the garage that shared a wall with our bedroom. They would come home from work at 3am and wake us up constantly.... read more

Pali Kai has been our rental management company for almost 2 years. In that time they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Their electronic payment process has been perfect, their attention to any problems occurring have been delt with immediately and most importantly their staff has been very professional in every way. The Pali Kai team has been a lifesaver for me. I moved back to the mainland and they manage my property in Maui. Recently I was in a bind when my condo flooded and I was getting the run around from the AOAO. They helped me every step of the way and they have always found great tenants. Their communication is great and owner portal is on point. I definitely recommend Pali Kai If you want a truly professional team to manage your property. Thank you guys!
