We lived in a downstairs ohana in a Wailuku Heights house managed by Pali Kai Rentals. Initially under owner's management x4 years with no problems, after a change of ownership, Pali Kai became involved. While we had been satisfied with the place, our experience changed towards the end. The situation with the new tenants upstairs was difficult to deal with. The tenants above us worked night shift and had access to the garage that shared a wall with our bedroom. They would come home from work at 3am and wake us up constantly.... read more
