I am very disappointed with their services. I got tested for delta32. However, I got the results I still can't understand. In the certificate's first line (D519) it is stated that I am "homozygous" in the "results" section", but in "comments" section I got a number which refers to "heterozygous". I wrote them 3 emails and left 2 messages using their website. I even went to their office, but been told at the reception desk that there were no such organization in the building. Terrible. I have been waiting 2 months and still no results! When I call it just endlessly rings and my emails get no response. I paid $200 and would like to know what is going on!!!
Fast Service, Clean laboratory. Just wished they had longer hours. Had to go during my lunch break to give a sample, but they were able to help me and get me out in no time.
Awesome customer service. Amazing facility.
