I decided to make an appt with this doc for the first time and his front desk staff was extremely unwelcoming speaking on phone. CHANGE YOUR FRONT DESK. They seemed not happy working there.

Dr. Paley is compassionate and thorough, listens carefully, and always returns calls promptly.
The staff pushed out my appt. Then when i showed up a few weeks later they told me they recently stopped participating with UHC… total waste of time!
