I cannot recommend Ivy at Palette and Parlor enough. I bought two pieces of furniture, both were delivered very quickly and the communication was excellent. I had a challenge with one of the pieces, and Ivy helped liaise with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. I so appreciate having a local showroom to see furniture in person, and with Ivy's patience and helpfulness, Palette and Parlor will definitely be my go-to place for future needs.

I love supporting a small local business, and I stumbled across Palette & Parlor after all the local furniture stores in Austin didn’t pan out. Ivy is so friendly and helpful. This is one of only two locally owned modern furniture stores in the area that I know of, and Ivy is such a pleasure to work with (whereas the other shop I visited was quite unfriendly!). She has great inventory and can order many pieces not listed on the website from designers she stocks. I have a lot of decisions to make but am looking forward to ordering some pieces from her when I make up my mind, and feel confident after meeting her that she will be able to help me arrive at those right c... read more
Was asking over email about availability of a certain chair and only with a few exchanges it was such a great experience, detailed, helpful and empathetic that I just want to buy more furniture so I can buy through them.
